Your item is printed or embroidered with the Genuine Collection mark after you pay, then shipped directly to you. Production takes 2–5 business days.
Made-to-order GC-mark pieces: Ghana and most countries 10–27 business days in total, USA 5–9 business days, UK, Europe, Canada and Australia about 5–20 business days. Ready-made items (sneakers, watches, jewelry, beauty, tech, home) show their own estimate on each product page — typically about 6–15 days to the USA and 13–53 days to Ghana. Items labelled “Ships from a US warehouse” reach US addresses in about 3–10 days. You get tracking by email when it ships.
Delivery is already included in every price, so there is no extra delivery charge at checkout.
International parcels, including to Ghana, may be charged import duty or VAT by your country's customs on arrival. These are set by customs and paid by the recipient.
In Ghana you can pay in cedis with Mobile Money or card through Paystack. International customers can pay in US dollars by card through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we will send a free replacement or refund you in full.
Because each piece is made for you, we can't accept change-of-mind or wrong-size returns. Check the size options and ask us on WhatsApp if you're unsure.
Yes, within 12 hours of paying, before production starts, for a full refund.
Not yet. We only list electronics we can source genuinely, with clear specs. Our Electronics department currently has phones, tablets, monitors and accessories from our supplier; we will add brand-name phones and laptops only once we have an authorised supplier.
No. We only sell our own Genuine Collection products — never counterfeits or other brands' logos.
